Vault: Always skip files that are checked out and modified

Hi all,
I want to convert from SOS to Vault but I have one problem. SOS has feature: Always skip files that are checked out and modified but Vault hasn't.
How can I find the same feature in Vault? I don't want to check Get latest files Dialog every time.

In your Vault Tools - Options - Local Files, look for the setting Modified Working Copy. If you select Do Not Overwrite/Merge Later, then the file won't be touched if there are changes.
