Unable to locate key file

I have been a long time user of source safe. This week when I try to log in I get the following error message.

The client was unable to locate the key file. And then it listed the name and location of the key file.

But in that directory location there is a key file, but no of the name specificed in the error message.

What has happened?

Has your SOS server moved or had anything changed on it?

We physically moved the server, but nothing changed on it.

Try making a new key file from the SOS server and importing it into the client. The key files are tied to the IP. Even if the server kept the same IP, I would say let's try a new key first.
