Installing Diffmerge 3.2.0 (18185) I had a side effect on Windows VISTA.
After installation a right click on any file caused Window Explorer to crash.
Only disabling right-click program by program was it possible to find the cause.
Sorry, I don'tt know how to rapidly get the VISTA version I have (It's a VIST Professional anyway)

Is this a 64 bit Vista system? I've had some reports of problems with the Shell/Explorer Integration
feature under Vista64 in the past.

SourceGear Diffmerge 3.3.0 is now available. Lots of enhancements were made
to the Explorer Integration feature. So if you are still having problems with it (or
gave up using it), you may want to upgrade and see if the problem go away.
