Vault and Visual Foxpro

I am having a few issues (minor) with the Vault integration in Visual Foxpro.

1. When I use the Get Latest Version from the menus, I receive the following: SCC API error "Unknown Warning" occurred.

2. After completing a build, I get a box asking to add additional files to Source Control. These files do not fall under the project directory, but are included with the project. Is there any way to stop Vault from asking for these files?

3. How do I know when a team member has updated a file. Does the Vault indicate this in my project?

I am using Vault 2.0.2.2163 and Visual Foxpro 7.0 SP1.
