Developer needs to work on 2 different Vault Servers

Hi.
We have a developer working for 2 companies.
Our company is using Vault Server 4.1.3
The other one is using Vault 3.1.9

No we know that Vault Client should match the Vault Server.
With the 4.1.3 Client the developer can't connect to the 3.1.9 Server anymore.

How can we solve this problem? (dont say upgrade the 3.1.9 to 4.1.3, the other company wont do that)
Is there a way to have 2 versions of the client?
