Error 1721 Uninstalling Vault 4.0.6 Client

Upon uninstalling Vault 4.0.6 Client, I receive an Error 1721. There is a problem with the Installer Package. Also, if I run the client install for 4.0.6, It gives me the option to "Repair". It runs through about 75% but then gives me an error: Error 1316. A network error occurred while attempting to read from the [msi file]"

I'm trying to get 4.0.6 client back on my system.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
