Export / Import Tool

I am trying to move some projects between two repositories. From what I've seen on the forums the best way to do that is with the import/export tool, but I'll be darned if I can find it. I am using 4.1.1, which I believe has this functionality built in, but I don't see anything in the menus or help file. Am I just going insane?

Go to the Vault client listed in your Program listing under the Start button. In there should be an entry for the export/import tool. It's a separate program, but installs with the client.
