Exception plugin thread, Request failed HTTP status 400

Hi,

Using Client & Server v4.12.

One user has reported as having several "Wait timeout for mutex after 30000 milliseconds". This error occured several times even after a client reboot but is gone after a while. Searching in the forum, I saw some threads discussing about the issue: http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=6499 and http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=4693

So here is the log entries in sgvault.log, around the place where that user experienced the "timeout for mutex" error:

For now there are two users experiencing this error which seems to crop up only since this morning. Could that be temporary network / VPN issue?

Have the users go to their Vault Tools - Options - Networking. Do they have chunked encoding checked? Switch that setting and see if that helps.
