Any time I put one of the Flex Projects in my Flex Builder 3 workspace under source control with the Vault Eclipse plug-in the project immediately stops building properly. I get a " '' is undefined " message in the Problems tab of the builder. If I remove the project files from the repository, then delete and re-add them back to the Flex workspace, then all is well.
I'm using the latest version of the Eclipse plug-in. I can reproduce this with even a new AIR app that doesn't do anything but render a window.
Steps to reproduce.
1.) Open Flex 3
2.) Create new AIR application
3.) Validate that AIR application builds and runs and shows empty window
4.) Close the AIR app
5.) Right-click AIR project and choose Team / Share...
6.) Check-in all the project files.
7.) Note that Problems tab in Flex Builder 3 now reads " '' is undefined " for the project you just added to source control.
Any ideas?
Vault breaking Flex Builder 3 Adobe AIR Project in Eclipse?

Re: Vault breaking Flex Builder 3 Adobe AIR Project in Eclipse?
A follow up on this is that if I add the files in the project to Vault using the Vault client then I don't see this behavior.
Also, it looks like I'm using version 4.1.2.18185 of the Eclipse plug-in.
Thanks!

Re: Vault breaking Flex Builder 3 Adobe AIR Project in Eclipse?
We've had another case of this problem (but I think that may have been with a different project type). I have a fix in the 4.1.3 release, due out soon. If you'd like to try a pre-release build, email me at shannon at sourcegear dot com.
Re: Vault breaking Flex Builder 3 Adobe AIR Project in Eclipse?
I am using Flex Builder 3 and have encountered the same error but in just a SWF file project, not AIR. It gives me the same error condition if I have all the files checked out also.
This occurs if I'm using a Flex Library or if I'm not. I created a test application with no references to other projects. It built successfully. If I add it to Vault, the error happens.
I really would like to use Vault in it's integrated version.
