I have recently upgraded both our Vault Server and Clients from version 3.5.1 to 4.1.2.18185 and have been successfully using the upgraded vault for over a week. Yesterday however I needed to force an undo check out on some files in one of our repositories, so I logged into the Vault Server on the Server's website and attempted to go to the Undo Checkout for the Repository in question and received an Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. I then tried other sections of the admin area for the repository and other repositories and receive the same error.
Below is a summary of what I am experiencing:
- http://[vault server]/vaultservice/admin/UndoCheckOut.aspx?repid=6
• Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object - http://[vault server]/vaultservice/admin/Groups.aspx?repid=6
• Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object - http://[vault server]/vaultservice/admin/RepositoryAccess.aspx?repid=6
• Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object - http://[vault server]/vaultservice/admin/FolderSecurity.aspx?repid=6
• Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object - http://[vault server]/vaultservice/admin/Obliterate.aspx?repid=6
• Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object - http://[vault server]/vaultservice/admin/FileTypes.aspx?repid=6
• Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object - http://[vault server]/vaultservice/admin/KeywordExpansion.aspx?repid=6
• Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object - http://[vault server]/vaultservice/admin/ShadowFolders.aspx?repid=6
• Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object - http://[vault server]/vaultservice/admin/RepositoryStats.aspx?repid=6
• Works as expected
I have attached our sgVault log for your reference.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Cheers
