Hi,
For the last week I have been unable to upload files of around 20Kb to vault.
I get the following error:
The Vault server could not be contacted to perform the operation. Your network connection to the server may have been interrupted. Please verify your network settings using the Options dialog under the Tools menu in the Vault GUI Client. The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
This error also happens when I attempt to check out more than one file at a time.
I am connecting remotely to the server via a 3g connection which I have been using without any problems for the past 12 months, all the other members of the team some also working remotely are not experiancing any problems.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks
Antony Masterson

Re: RE:Connection forcibly closed by remote host
Has anything changed in your Vault configuration, network or environment? Any new anti-virus software?
Enable client-side logging reproduce the problem. That should give us more information:

Also so check if there are any useful errors in the Vault server log. The Vault server log is sgvault.log and is in %windir%\temp\sgvault on the server machine.
Send them zipped up to support at sourcegear.com, Attn: Linda.
