Shadow Folder

We purchased vault a few months ago, and recently I have being working on a project where I had the shadow folder set up on it. This has worked intermittenly and I was wondering if there were known issues with it.

I had set it up so that any change that was checked would be automatically sent to the shadow folder, but lately that has not worked and was wondering if anyone has run into this problem before.

There are many reasons a shadow folder update might fail.

What version of Vault are you on currently?

Could you send a copy of the Vaultshadowfolderservice.txt file from the SGShadow folder directory in %windir%/temp/SGshadowfolder.

We'd like to see a copy of the Vault Server log. The Vault server log is sgvault.log and is in %windir%\temp\sgvault on the server machine.
