I have 2 problems that slightly bother me when using Vault:
1. Vault stores temporary information in a separate folder and I think it is configured under Tool->Vault Options->Local Files->Cache/Backup Locations (please confirm this). Is it necessary to have a temporary storage? If so, my problem arises when I delete a source folder (say I don’t need it anymore), the space occupied by these temporary files is never reclaimed. As a result of this, I am constantly running out of disk space on the server. Is there a way that I can reclaim this space without requiring ALL temporary data to be deleted manually and source-files retrieved all over again?
2. If I move a source folder in Vault from say C:\Test\Source to C:\Projects\Source (somewhere completely different) what precaution can I or do I need to take to make sure the temporary files don’t get duplicated?
Thanks in advance

You could store the baselines in the working folder. Then when the working folder is deleted, that will also delete the baselines.
There's also an option to limit the number of baseline and backup files per item. The setting is in the GUI client under Tools-> Options->Local Files->cache/backup location.
