Vault Bug Fixes in Version 1.0.2

1. Vault 1.02 now installs correctly on Windows 2003 server.
2. Binary files with certain types of contents were slow to add or checkout. This has been corrected.
3. Web applications can now be opened from within source control.
4. ASP.NET web services can now be opened from within source control.
5. IDE client operations are now much faster and more comparable when timed against the GUI client.
6. Lengthy obliterate operations no longer fail.
7. Get Latest is much faster for large repositories when few files have changed.
8. The folder tree in the Vault Client no longer scrolls after any operation involving refresh or properties.
