My gig requires me to maintain a classic asp site. I've used vault for quite some time to check in\out files with no issues. Since I use Visual Studio (2008) to edit my files, it was suggested that I use the enhanced client, so I can handle all the vault operations from within VS.
The web site is currently stored in vault with a working folder established. When I try to open something from the folder through the "File\Vault Source Control\Open From Vault" menu item, I see no files because the file open dialog filter is set only to VS project type files and of course no such files exist in the classic asp folder. Is there a way to manage a non .NET project through the VS vault enhanced client or am I stuck using the stand alone client?
Enhanced Client with classic ASP web site

You can do this with a bound solution and a web site project.
- You can only Open from Vault with the enhanced client if you used the enhanced client to add the solution to Vault. Otherwise, the Change Bindings command will let you enable the enhanced client for an existing solution.
- The enhanced client requires that you have a solution file for a web site project.
