The error basically says the complete error cannot be viewed from a remote machine. Do you get the same error from the Server machine itself, if you try to connect to Vault using "localhost" as the servername?
Is this a new problem? Was Vault working properly before?
What has changed on the Server machine or on your network?
Have any updates been installed, firewalls turned on, etc?
Anything usefuly in the Vault Server log? It's sgvault.log in %windir%\
sgvault on the Vault Server machine.

The Vault server doesn't send email alerts when there are problems. The only type of emails are messages to users who are subscribed to email notifications on changes to code in the repository. Is there any option to send alert mail from server, could you please let us know.
Check with our sales department, sgstore@sourcegear.com, on the cost for you to upgrade. We have 10 users license for vault 3.5.3 can we update to 4.1.2.
