Possibility to extend the Fortress/Vault Client

Hi,

I've been evaluating SourceGear Fortress and it definitely is a major improvement over VSS, love the user friendliness in many areas.
I'm just wondering if it's possible to extend the Fortress/Vault client in any way, for instance adding custom menu items with custom functions, much like macros support in the MS Office application. I can see there's a client API available for interacting with the version control system programmatically, but it would be nice if we can do this by adding new functionalities to the Fotress/Vault client.

Here are some of the usages I can think of:

1. Kicking off a build directly in the client
2. Generating a history report in the format of your choice in the client
3. Custom workflows, all done inside the client.

I can put in a feature request. In the meantime, what is available is the API and the command-line client.
