Vault Bug Fixes in Version 1.01

1. Vault now installs correctly when the default SQL database is set to something other than "master".
2. Vault licenses would not activate if permissions on the .NET cryptography key generation directory were not appropriately set. The installation now asks to change these if necessary.
3. IDE operations for solutions with multiple projects are now significantly faster.
4. Performance increased when building the source code control project hierarchy by changing one relationship table primary key to help sql server's query estimator correctly identify an index used during that process.
