Questionable installers

The MSIs for the server and the client have a habit of showing a Cancel button (with focus) accompanied by the message "DO NOT CANCEL THIS OPERATION" (or something similar). I'd take away the cancel button entirely.

I'll log that as a feature request. I think the reason Cancel is there is because users may think the installer is hung up. Some users may want to cancel anyway.
