Single User License --> Available full user licenses: -1

Post by jmFightSpam » Mon Apr 28, 2008 6:35 pm

Hi,
I am using Vault as a single user. The "admin" account was created by default. I thought I could create one more user besides admin and still be a single user license. But when I did that I see:

"Available full user licenses: -1"

Am I OK?

Thanks.

P.S. I am having a brain freeze. How do you delete a user?

Are there any licenses configured in the Admin Client - a demo license, for instance? Remove any licenses.

You can't delete a user but you can deactivate them. This can be done under Server Settings->Users->(Username)->Status.

THanks for the reply Linda. THis is what it says under licenses:

Licenses
Number of full user licenses: 0
Number of active full users: 1

I only have the admin and one other user active right now.

Is that good?

That sounds right. Are you still having a problem logging in?

No, I can log in just fine. I just installed Vault yesterday. But I wanted to make sure nothing funny was going to happen after 30 days. I wanted to ensure I was legit with the single user license.
