server hangs

Earlier you asked about mapped drives. Since they are dependent upon the user logged into the machine, could you try using a UNC path instead? Configure your databases as UNC paths and then restart the SOS Server and see if that does make a difference.

Hi Corey -

We are not using mapped drives with this server.

We have two separate machines, one with SOS 3.5.3 and one with SOS 4.0. Both have had this issue. The machine with SOS 4.0 where we are seeing the issue does not have a mapped drive to the database.
