Your serial number is not a valid serial number. User logins

Your serial number is not a valid serial number. User logins are currently disabled.

I installed the demo verison of Vault 3.0. I cannot log into the admin tool to add the license key. When I do the message above appears. Is there another way to add the license key without logging into the admin tool?

Thanks

Are you logging in as admin? The admin user does not need a serial number.

Had you added a license to Vault at some point?

We are trying the demo version. While installing it I never got the option to add the license key that was sent to me. I am trying to log in as Admin, but I still get the error message.

The Admin user should always be able to login, regardless of whether a serial number exists or not.

Can you post a screen shot of what you are seeing, and at what point in the login process it appears?

I am assuming that you installed the server and created a brand new database, and are not using a previous version, since this is a demo version?
