Vault user locked out of Dragnet

Three of our Dragnet users are configured to use Vault logins. One of them however is inexplicably locked out. He can log into Vault Client no problem but Dragnet fails with "Invalid Password". Reset his password in both applications to the same thing (even though it shouldn't matter in Dragnet), and still no dice. Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

The other two users work fine.

I looked in the log file, and this is the error:

Vault authorization for user sroy failed. Couldn't connect to object.
1000 : FailNotValidLogin

Also, this user previously worked fine. We're not sure what triggered it to stop working.

I installed 1.0.1 and turned on Debug level logging. All Vault users are now unable to login. Here is the log file for a repeated login failure:

Just to be sure, I copied the Vault URL out of the setup screen and pasted it into my browser. The Vault Service came up just fine.

Try uninstalling then re-installing Dragnet. Make sure to keep your database during the un-install and re-install process. Maybe something didn't get upgraded correctly.
