Unable to connect - web exception

I've finished installing 2.06 and get the web page serverInstall.html, but when I try to use the Admin tool to sign on I get a message:
Unable to connect - no server found at the specified url...web exception: exception 405. Method not allowed.

Any suggestions?

Can you try the Server Description page...

On the server itselft, try browsing to http://localhost/vaultservice/vaultservice.asmx

What does the browser display?
