Problems on new server

Hi!

Our backup products are having problems backing up the SG databases remotely. We get the following error. The backup people said it's an SG issue. HELP!!

Assisted the customer offline. The issue was a permission problem related to the backup being done with a script instead of using the backup feature within SSMS.
