Hi all,
I'm trying to setup my environment with VS.NET and Sourcegear Vault as the default source control. Here is what I did! I installed VS.NET 2002 & 2003 in my m/c, since I need both. Then I installed Sourcegear Vault 2.0.6 and set it as default version ctrl tool. I created a profile in vault with default repository. Now, I'm trying to do a open from source control, for the first time, and I'm getting this error message in a message box "Object reference not set to an instance of an object.", recursively. I had to kill the process to get out of it. Am I missing any step here. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Vault is not compatible with VS 2002 because it requires the 1.1 framework, and VS 2002 only seems to recognize the 1.0 framework.
We had a 2.0 version of Vault IDE component that was compiled with the 1.0 framework, but we have not made 3.0 compatible with VS 2002. The download of the 2.0 Vault DE component has been removed from our website with the release of 3.0, but I can provide it to you if you need it.

OK, the link is not available on the website, but the file is still there. It is at: http://download.sourcegear.com/files/Vault_VS2002.zip
Note that this will not work when connecting to a Vault 3.0 server, and we don't currently have plans to update this for Vault 3.0.
