diff of two files - a feature request

It would be great if the program invoked when I want to see the diff of two files would remember where on the screen it was located and sized. I work off two screens and it is a constant minor annoyance to have to move this around every time.

(And if this is somehow possible... would someone please tell me how?)

Just curious - did this change happen to make it into one of the more recent revisions? - we use 2.0.3. Otherwise, do you have any idea when 2.1 will be out?

2.1 has turned into 3.0, and yes, this will be fixed in 3.0, which is due out early next week.
