Bug: Down Arrow jumps to top of window

Small, but extremely annoying bug

So, apparently this bug has been around since 2004

A user made fun of you in 2010 for still not having fixed it after 6 years.

It has now been 17 years and this bug still hasn't been fixed. At this rate, I estimate it should be fixed sometime around the year 2100.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Compare two files
2. In the right hand (editing) window, click anywhere to get a text caret
3. Press [Alt]+[Down Arrow] to jump to the next difference
4. Press [Down Arrow]. The text caret jumps to the top of the file.
