Problems with setting Working folder (th)

When I try to set Working Folder for e.g. "$/Project/Version 1" I get following error message (see sshot2.jpg attached) - i.e. "the procedure entry point XXXXXX could not be located in the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll".

After that "Browse for folder" window appears (see sshot3.jpg attached) where I can't open a folder tree - i.e. the "plus sign" is not clickable, so the content of "My Computer" can't be browsed.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional
Service Pack: 4.0

Wow - that is really messed up.

It is probably some kind of configuration thing. Has this worked before? Which version of the .Net framework are you using?

I don't know why - but now it works. No rebooting, no any special efforts - what a surprize. Lets consider this issue as a closed one.
