I had a user with very limited rights. I removed that group from his access list and put him in a group that has RCA rights to $. On the Admin site everything looks fine (he has the same access rights as I do). But nothing has changed for him on the client side. He still sees the same 8 folders under $ that he saw before. There should be about 75. We tried Refresh but no diff. Logged out/in no diff.
How do I get Vault to recognize his permissions have changed?

Hello,
We'd like to get some additional information from you. Can you please let us know what OS the user is running? Do you have access to your SQL Server?
Thanks,
Tonya

And this morning everything is working.
I think we're OK. I suspect restarting the Mac may have done it, though he doesn't shut down overnight. It's a mystery.

Hello again,
Thank you for the update. Glad to hear that Vault is now working accordingly. If the problem would return, please let us know.
