Tab order problem in GUI client (v2.0.6)

In the checkin dialog, the tab order for the change set comment and the update bugs fields are out of order with respect to their positions on the form.

Also, in the VB6 IDE client, when I check in a file and click the Advanced button on the checkin dialog to get to the bugs field, the OK button has focus rather than the text box.

Both these issues have been fixed for the 3.0 release.
