I have been using Vault 9 for a long time. Yesterday I got around to replacing it with Vault 10.
I have several Windows 10 PC's and a Windows 2016 server. All working as expected except on one PC (which was working fine with Vault 9).
What happens is after logging onto the server and confirming the data store, on this PC it just sits there forever showing a status bar message 'Retrieving repository structure information from the server' - and it never shows the list of folders and files managed by the system. On all other PC's this process completes in a couple of seconds and I can navigate the folders and files.
I have de-installed and re-installed Vault 10 on this PC, but it doesn't fix the problem.
I am at a loss to know what the cause is and how to fix it.

Thanks Tonya. Problem fixed - I deselected the repository cache option on the options dialog.

Thank you for the update. Sorry that you were initially disapproved. Our forum has had a lot of spam issues lately so we've been careful on the selection process. You must have been overlooked.
