SOS window closes by itself.

What can be the possible cause why SOS 3.5 or 4.2 closes by itself after logging-in on a server?

We could use more information. Is there an error message on the client side? Is this happening to all users or just to you? Can you log in again, or does the SOS Server need to be restarted?

It might be helpful to see a copy of the log file. Enable verbose logging for the SOS Server, and the next time the client closes, send me a copy of the log.txt file in the SOS Serrver directory.
