Diff button on Vault Work Item source commits

Been caught a few times now, wondering why nothing is happening !

Please, if the source commit is version 1, do not display the diff button when browsing a Vault Work item. I click these when doing a code review and then wonder why nothing is being displayed. I know the tooltip says version 1, but that can also be used to determine that the diff button should not be shown at all.
