GUI freezes

GUI freezes

Hi,

When opening vault client standard CPC the login box pops up but I am unable to enter any credentials. The system also freezes and the only way to exit is to force quit.

Any help would be appreciated.

Now that you've downgraded your Java version, is this problem no longer an issue? I'm assuming it was related to your Java 10 installation.

Can you please let me know what Java 8 release you reverted to? Specifically the update, such as Java 8 Update 152. We would also like to know what operating system (version number, etc) you are running the Vault CPC on.
