cannot add files and folders

cannot add files and folders

in my machine, i cannot add files and folders, the driver cannot show my local files(sub folders), please tell me why? thanks

Hello,

What version of Vault do you have installed? And what Windows version do you have installed? It's possible this is a compatibility issue.

My vault client version 4.1.4(18402), my os version is windows 10.

Vault 4.x is not compatible with Windows 10. You will need to upgrade to at least Vault 8.x in order to use Windows 10.
