VS2015: Panels have initially wrong size on "Check Out"
In Visual Studio 2015/Vault Standard 10.0.1 (793), when I select a file in solution explorer and select "Check Out for Edit", the top panel is too short to show anything.
If I resize this window (not a panel) just a little bit, the panels are immediately resized and become normal.Vadim Rapp

Are you using the Vault Enhanced Client or the Vault Classic Client?
I just ran a test with Vault 10 and the Vault Enhanced Client on VS 2015 Community Edition and didn't get the same results, so I will need to find out more details to reproduce.

I see exactly the same issue in SQL Server Management Studio 2017.2 with Vault Standard 9.1. - I assumed this to be an issue with VS/SSMS rather than Vault.vrapp wrote:In Visual Studio 2015/Vault Standard 10.0.1 (793), when I select a file in solution explorer and select "Check Out for Edit", the top panel is too short to show anything.

I'm not sure yet. It could be the MSSCCI interface, which is what our Classic Client uses. SSMS only has the MSSCCI interface, whereas VS also has the option of the VSIP interface.
For those using Visual Studio, you could try binding to the Enhanced Client instead to get around the window issue.
