Windows 10, Upgraded vault to 10.0.0 and VS2015 to VS2017
Vault seems to be running Ok but not through VS12017
VS2017 'About' shows
Microsoft Vaisual Studio Professional 2017 Version 15.4.4
SourceGear Vault Professional Visual Studio Extension 10.0.1.30793
SourceGear Vault Professional Work Item Extension 10.0.1.30793
Source control all greyed out in VS toolbar
Tools/Options/Source Control
Plug-in Selection : Current source control plugin is SourceGear Vault Professional Visual Studio Extension
Vault Professional Options : Are all greyed out
I've re-installed it all and it comes up the same.
Any suggestions?

Re: Vault 10.0.0 in VS2017
Is a project open when you are seeing grayed out options? If so, did any warnings or errors come up when you opened the project?
Are you able to see the Change Vault Bindings option? If so, let's rebind.
Are you able to see the Change Vault Bindings option? If so, let's rebind.
- Go to the Change Vault Bindings and unbind everything, then click OK.
- Next go to the VS Tools - Options - Source Control - plugins and make sure it's set to the Vault Extension and not the Classic Client, and click OK.
- Go back to the Change Vault Bindings and rebind. If you get a Valid status next to everything, then the bindings are good. Click ok.
- VS may request to check out some files. Allow it to do that. This is for updating bindings.
- Check in your .sln files and any .proj files (.vbproj, .csproj, etc.).
- If this works, then other users should set VS to use the extension and perform a fresh Open From Vault. That will set the bindings for them that you checked in.

Yes the project is open wih the grayed out options. There were no warnings.
I can't see any Change Vault Bindings option. Would that be in VS?

Re: Vault 10.0.0 in VS2017
Do you still have VS 2015 around? If so, can you open the project in VS 2015? If this can happen, then I'll write up a set of instructions that will start there and end in VS 2017.
If you don't still have VS 2015, then do you recall which client (Classic or Enhanced) you used in VS? Knowing where we're coming from will help me determine the steps to consider.

The change bindings menu should be seen from within Visual Studio... File -> Vault Pro Source Control -> Change Bindings

Re: Vault 10.0.0 in VS2017
The re-binding seems to have fixed it.
I'm just slowly working my way through it now.
Thanks for all the help
