VB6 IDE and multiple repositories

Under VSS, the VB6 IDE was able to connect automatically to the correct repository based on the information in MSSCCPRJ.SCC. After migrating the repositories and projects to Vault, I see that the proper Vault repository information is stored in MSSCCPRJ.SCC, but the Vault Integration module still asks me which repository to open. Have I missed an option setting somewhere, or does Vault (2.0.6) not have the ability to auto-connect in the VB6 IDE?

You haven't missed anything - in 2.0, you have to use a profile to not have to choose a repository each time. We are addressing this in 3.0
