Bug: check out multi-select = multi-multi-checkout

In SG Vault Standard client - select 3 individual files (using ctrl+click to select each one).

Then right click and choose "check out"

and you'll get triplicate check-outs in the log:

Code: Select all

[2016-11-18 3:42:33 PM] Checking out file $/Cimex CAD-CAM/17.0/Cimex Application/CimCAD/Macro Parse Value.cpp
[2016-11-18 3:42:33 PM] Checking out file $/Cimex CAD-CAM/17.0/Cimex Application/CimCAD/ParametersInfo.cpp

It seems to issue the command to the entire selection, once for each item in the selection. So 3 selected items = 3 times applied to all 3.

EDIT:
Or maybe this always happens in triplicate?! Now I'm selecting one at a time, and still getting 3x messages for each time I do a check-out. Huh???

I've never seen that one before. I'll log a bug with the Vault 10 crew to remove the extra messages. Note, in my testing, the checkout command (with and without exclusive locks) still works correctly.

Thanks for the report.
