How Do you mark a repository as Read Only

One way is you can turn on Folder Security for the repository, and then set everyone to have only Read-only rights at $. The folders beneath it will inherit the setting. You can either set it to read-only for each user, or you can create a group, add the users to the group that need read-only access, and then give that group read-only access at $.

Another option would be to have user's default rights on each of their accounts set to read-only, and then in the other repositories you can grant them additional rights, either individually, or by using groups.
