VS EnhancedClient Question

Hello,

i am using Visual Studio 2015 with Vault Enhanced Client v9.1.
Obviously i found out some files not beeing checked-in by Vault-Client even though they were modified by VS Editor.
It seems that the Client did not recognize changes made by VS itself (i.e. automatically renaming Propertynames etc.)

How can i ensure that ALL modified source-files will be checked-in even though they were not listed by the check-in function?
