Client unable to connect to sos 3.5.2 and is getting an erro

Client is getting an error when try to connect to SOS 3.5.2
Error #1:

Error parsing C:\ProgramFiles\SourcesoffSite\Server\063150034046\database2.sos

Error #2:

Opening file C:\Program files\Sourceoffsite\servers\063150034046\database2.sos in read-only mode, Status information will not be persisted during this session.

Any idea what this mean and why it's happening?? Any idea on what to do to fix it..
