admin login issue after upgrade

we are recently upgrade the vaultpro server from 6.x to 7.2.1. all user able to accessing the server using vault 7.2.1 client and web browser.

One user able to connect vault sever using vault proclient 7.2.1 but it is not display any data. showing blank page.

with same credentials we are trying other machine it working fine. even web browser access also working fine.

what will be problem in that machine, we are using below sw & configuration.

windows 7 , 64 bit operating system
Vault client : 7.2.1
Microsoft .net framework : 4.5.1
please help and provide some suggestions.

When there is no data displaying, it usually means the user did not select a repository. If you just click OK at the repository screen without one selected, then no repository is loaded.

First try having the user select a repository and then let me know your results.
