Vault not in Add-In Manager

I'm not certain this is a Vault problem, so much as a VB problem, but I have no souce code control in VB6 anymore. I've been using Vault for a few months now, but most of my development has been in .Net. Recently, I've had to work on some of my older VB6 apps, but the source control menu items are gone! I've reinstalled Vault, and even upgraded to the latest (2.06) client, but no luck. After comparing my setup with another developer, we realized I have no source code control add-in in the add-in manager. How do I get it back if a reinstall didn't work?

Vault works fine in .Net and also works if I use the client as a stand-alone app, but I'd really like to have the VB6 integration back (I know it was there when I first installed Vault, because I used it to load all my existing VB6 source).
