Cannot install client 7.2.1.30265

Help!
I've just upgraded Vault Professional from v6.0.1 to v7

The problem is I can't install the Client on any of the PCs
If I run the installer I get the error: "Could not access VBScript run time for custom action."

The solutions to delete the registry keys and regsvr32 vbscript.dll also do not work regardless of which dll i use (I am running Windows 7 64-bit).

I have run the installer and got the log which is pasted below.

I have also tried running msiexec with the /quiet flag but that is installing nothing either.

I urgently need help as no one can get access to source controlled files in the development office anymore until i can get their clients upgraded.

UPDATE: I have tried running it in /quiet mode and captured the log. Now it informs me that i have insufficient privileges to install this for all users. Is there any way to restrict the install to just myself. I cannot run this as administrator, and cannot log in as administrator either.

Sorted it by running the command promt as administratro - I knew i had missed something. now the client can't connect the the vaultservice but that is for another post.
