Status Search Dialog Closure Usability Problem

After activating "search status" a dialog pops up with the result. Frequently I use this to generate a list of files I have checked out (these are often split across many projects. All too frequently after I highlight the subset of files that I need to check in I goof and click OK which closes the dialog losing the effort expended to select the files.

Suggested fix:

1) Change button text from "OK" to "Close".
2) If close button is pressed and some files are selected then ask user if they really want to close or would rather return to the dialog and press one of the functional buttons.
