Get Latest Issue

Every time we "Get Latest" from VS.NET 2003 we get the following error message, "Access Failure". I have know idea where to start looking. Any help would be appreciated.

Look in the messages pane of the IDE as see whether Vault is unable to overwrite a file. Usually, this error means that a dll or some other file that is in the repository has been locked by the OS because it is in-use, often because it is part of a web service and IIS has a hold on the file.
