Data is begin corrupted by Get Lastest Version (Recurrsive)

Here is the problem. We had to change the IP address on the SourceOffSite Server. We then changed our SOS Clients to point to the new ip address. Since this change, we have had numerous problems. The most alarming is that when we do Get Lastest Version (Recurrsive) our program files get corrupted...the files are not complete, have junk characters, etc. How can we resolve this? Thanks

I forgot to mention, we are using SOS version 4.02. MS Visual Studio 2003.
