Upgrade 4.1.0.16216 to 6.1 Pro

Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade from vault 4.1.0.16216 to 6.1 pro. I've looked around the docs and previous posts put haven't found anything to describe the steps to upgrade from 4.1. Can anyone please point me to the doc or let me know if its even possible to jump from 4.1 to 6?

I installed 6 and then restored the sgvault and sgmaster DB's from version 4.1. Didn't work right away I reinstaleld 6 and selected to keep the exisiing (restored) DB's and that did the trick. Works great.

You're welcome.

For other that may read this, the databases need to be in place first before running the installer. The installer needs to make changes to the database for it to be compatible with the latest version.

The same principle applies if you are just moving Vault. The database gets moved first, and then you install Vault.
